Summary
This course is for administrators, consultants, developers, and architects who are responsible for designing solutions using Salesforce and MuleSoft automation tools. It teaches the basics of MuleSoft, Einstein Bots, and Salesforce Flow.
The course prepares students to take the MuleSoft Certified Hyperautomation Specialist exam. Students completing the course by April 26, 2024, will automatically receive two exam attempts. Note: The MuleSoft certification program will be moved over to the Salesforce Certification program, available through Webassessor starting May 6, 2024. Objectives
At the end of this course, students should be able to:
- Recommend Salesforce solutions that champion hyperautomation best practices.
- Use the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to design, deliver, and manage APIs.
- Track hyperautomation API endpoints with Anypoint Monitoring.
- Leverage Anypoint Exchange to publish, share, discover, understand, and reuse hyperautomation assets.
- Automate data integrations using MuleSoft Composer.
- Work with Einstein Bots to automate manual customer service tasks.
- Understand how MuleSoft Robotic Process Automation (RPA) processes are utilized in hyperautomation.
- Build hyperautomation workflows using Salesforce Flow.
- Build parallel, multi-user, multi-step workstreams with Flow Orchestration.

Prerequisites
- A basic working knowledge of programming constructs including loops and conditional branching in any programming language
- Completion of the Salesforce Trailhead MuleSoft RPA Trailmix or the Getting Started with MuleSoft Robotic Process Automation course
Setup requirements
- A computer with:
- At least 8-16 GB RAM (16 highly recommended), 2GHz CPU, and 10GB available storage
- A minimum screen resolution of 1024x768
- Internet access to ports 80 (with > 5Mbps download and > 2Mbps upload)
- The latest version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge
- An Anypoint Platform account
- Anypoint Studio 7.14 or later with embedded Mule 4.4 runtime
- A Salesforce Developer account (not a standard account) and API Access token
- Advanced REST Client 16.0.1 or later (or any other REST client application)
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2010
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2013
- OpenJDK 11
- RPA Builder
